John and Tash purchased Spencer Signs in 2016 with a view to strengthen the business and grow its footprint across the South West.  John has extensive experience with small business in the South West and a passion for exceptional customer service. John’s commitment to his team and clients is clear, with values including attention to detail, effective solutions, prompt delivery & great service.

Natasha Gulley

Tash has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and brings a variety of experience in financial administration and project management to the business.  Tash admires the broad range of skills each team member brings to the group and the excellent work environment created.  She is always looking at ways to improve the operation of the business.

Danelle Allpike

Danelle is our friendly administration person. With a background knowledge in bookkeeping, Danelle brings a variety of administration skills to our team. Danelle highlights working with clients, diversity and the strong team approach as the most rewarding aspects of her role at Spencer Signs.

Sam Stiles
Production Manager

With 35 years at Spencer Signs, Sam brings a high level of skill to both the business and its clients. Having joined Spencer Signs straight from school, Sam has seen significant changes to the industry – most notably computerisation and technology. Responsible for managing production of jobs for clients, Sam loves the variety and creativity in her role, and the opportunity to mentor and work with other team members.

Amy O'Rourke

As Spencer Signs production coordinator, Amy is responsible for producing an extensive range of products for clients, from vehicle wraps to canvas posters to business signage. Bringing 15 years experience to her role, Amy loves the hands-on nature of her work, and the strong team environment at Spencer Signs.


Recently joining our team, Jimmy graduated from SAE Qantm University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Animation. Jimmy has worked in many industries and prides himself on his ability to see what will work for each individual client.  He is passionate about design and enjoys seeing the customer happy with the end product and bringing their vision to life.


Jamie has a wide range of skills and experience to bring to Spencer Signs.  He has great attention to detail and enjoys producing quality, eye-catching signage for our customers.

Lead Installer

Marco has worked in the signage industry for 7 years and is proficient in both the production and installation of a wide variety of signage. He enjoys the outdoor element of installation and seeing the finished product.


Greg is our newest member of the team with a great work ethic and a variety of skills and experiences that contribute to being a great installer!

Each new face at Spencer Signs has carried on the tradition of innovation initiated by founder Derek Spencer in 1981. We have overseen massive changes in technology over 30 years – changes that have made production increasingly timely and cost effective. Our talented and creative team have a wealth of expertise in graphic design, sign writing, digital printing, fabrication and marketing. We are constantly on the lookout for new and innovative ways of getting your message out to your client base in a competitive market.
