• How do I choose the right signage for my business?

  
  - Call us on (08) 9726 2250.
  - Tell us what you need.
  - We work out your time, budget and promotional return on your investment.
  - For signs on buildings, a consultant will visit you for a full measure and quote, and to determine the materials suitable for your premises.
  - Our team prepares a quote.
  - You give us the go ahead by phone or email.

• Artwork Stage

  
  Once you’ve given us the go ahead to make your sign, we put our graphic design team to work. You have two options:
  - Provide your own artwork via EPS or PDF. Our artists will proof your file for scale, colour and imagery at minimal cost to you.
  - Let us design the perfect sign for your business. Once the job is done and payment made, you will own this artwork.

• Proof Stage

  
  Once your artwork is complete, you will be given a proof to sign off before we proceed.

• How long until I can expect my sign?

  
  Signs are produced, completed and installed within 10-15 working days from client and/or shire approval. If delays on this time are expected, we will advise you as soon as possible.

• Do I need Shire Approval?

  
  Signage in a public area will generally need a shire approval, which can take anything from 10 to 20 days to be provided.
  Spencer Signs will advise if you require shire approval from the relevant local government authority. We advise our clients to make time allowances for such delays when embarking on your project.

• Can Spencer Signs install my signage for me?

  
  We can put your signs up, even if we didn’t make them. Our qualified installers have all the licenses, permits and meet all regulations required for putting up signs on mine sites, highways, shopping centres, CBD buildings and many other situations.
  Spencer Signs also carry out installation jobs for Eastern States or Perth-based sign companies throughout the South West of WA.

• Can Spencer Signs deliver to me?

  
  Spencer Signs are based in Bunbury, but use national courier companies to ship our products anywhere, anytime. If you’ve got an address, we’ll get it to you.
